The below statemant is so funny NEOM gave a big PR telling everyone about the deal with SAIC then when they dumped them for lack of the ability to EXECUTE IN A TIMELY WAY.Who are they so say such a statement when we have been waiting over a year for a little tiny tiny deal in the overall scheme of things to be finalized and it still isnt
