This is a common question I get asked. My answer is basic, because I can. I guess I just get the business model more than most.

Finally, I have amassed evidence that indicates a large short position, and with Dwyer taking his time to make updates, I have a real good feeling the next update is going to crush anyone shorting the stock. But, but, nobody can short pink stock, the transaction costs are too high. Bring up the definition of illegal short selling and post the requirements. That's right, there aren't any. I just know one thing, I wouldn't be caught short. $BCAP
