The mergers you're saying he "finances" cost no more than registering a business with any state...
For example baron, and all the subsidiaries probably cost $100 give/take to register in FL like Matt did.
That's it... he spent a few hundred bucks on everything that exists in this 0001 POS! Save the filing fees with OTC.. that is the main expense which he spent about 4-5K on for righ and bcap a combined total of 3 times i believe, 2 bcap filings and 1 righ filing... in over 2 years
You do realize he authorized 1.4 Billion shares to 2.4 Billion shares in October 2011 (when he was promising over and over again to take the os and as to under 1billion) and BY 2012 THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WAS IN THE FLOAT! that is 1 billion issued shares DUMPED in less than 3 months
I posted the volume history, and gave an example of how much $$$ he made off innocent shareholders in that stretch from aug. 2011 till jan. 2012. He made bank on shareholders while lying to them in order to do it! read the pump and dump sticky post!
Since the 2011 p&d NOTHING has happened except more run around and more lies, the website went inactive too. How do you stand up for this ceo??
