Total nonsense. If the deal is finalized or imminent, why hasn't the company told us so. As shareholders, we have a right to know. The answer is that the whole thing was a fabrication. There never was a deal and there never will be. The company is headed for bankruptcy and our investment is gone, gone, gone.
Here is very simple logic to follow: When there is no funding and no land closing, there is no project. When there is no project, the weather means zippo. I think that logic is quite easy to follow.
