I've been saying that the weather issue is the number one issue because it really is. No matter what, until the weather allows for grading we can't and won't AND it will always be the number one excuse.
Follow the logic now. Once the lot is ready to grade, the weather will become a non issue. After that if we begin then we are all happy. BUT.. if construction doesn't begin we no longer have the weather to blame and then either would they. The day of reckoning comes after the grounds are ready to grade. The big Q is will it be seamless or full of excuses.
