Yes your arguement is sooooooooo convincing. We have 2 states out of 50. GREAT odds and not to mention that they aren't even considered legal yet, with in the state it self and no place selling anything THC wise to the public. In other words we have no idea what the feds will do at this point. No your thinking is not premature at all!!!!!

NOW YOUR TALKING 2014. it won't be long til its 2014 till your talking about acceptance and statewide control in 2015 then it will be 2016 and then possibly 2017.. REMEMBER IT TOOK 10 years after the law first popped in Cali til there was dispensary's on the streets. And they still have to fight the DEA to this day. No your right.
