It really doesn't take faith in congress, the movement is too strong and too far along with CO and WA. Either you believe states will
Be given the choice soon or you believe congress will go above and beyond to shut it down. If they don't put alot of effort into stopping it I think it will just start working. Plus all the seats on CO and WA in the 2014 elections, or atleast a majority of them, will go to the ones who support the MJ laws. Especially if lots have tried to shut them down between now and then
