More facts. According to the filings Dimension is making no claims on the older VDK codecs. TMM is the one spending most of their complaint whinning about a code that nobody else is really caring about, at least until HP gets involved. Dimension did supply the Iterated docs that show TMM actually does NOT have any rights to that old code, but has no dog in the fight themselves.

There is no dispute over the 2.0 code, any idiot can read the filings and see TMM bought stolen goods. Knowingly or not is up to the judge to decide.

zenus, you think I'm a stooge for the dimension group? I'm not a stooge for any group. I took it on myself to read the trial transcripts that happened in Simi Valley years ago when I was heavily involved with TMMI. By the way, to my friend Jay, the case files are not at Simi Valley. I then viewed the first complaint from TMMI in either late March/early April. Then again in June on the second complaint/answer.

My reporting what I found out has certainly made me the darling of these boards. Some people would rather put their head in the sand than face fact. While I still hold a lot of TMMI shares, I have pared my holdings down considerably. Who I'm a stooge for is TMMI. I have followed this stock for 13 years now. Like a lot of you I know that some day they will share in this growing market.

I voted for the new management team and applauded their moves until I saw PRs that mimicked the past PRs and erroneous dates out the gazoo on their PRs and on the company's website. I have communicated with Angelia and I must say, that's one lady that needs to develop her people skills. Then, the filing of this lawsuit, based on Tom Si9mpson's words. Tough to keep the faith!
