Bill, can't you see that you've been the stooge of the Demented for awhile now? They fed you all this information from completely their side of the story. And then, when they felt that you weren't getting their side of the story out well enough, they jump on here to push more of their nonsense.
You may think that it's coincidental that what you have been saying is parroted by all the Demented peep who keep showing up pushing more nonsense?
Facts:
Taylor Kramer and others poured thousands of hours of effort and millions of dollars into this technology way back when it was just TMMI and Iterated.
Iterated couldn't get the tech to work by themselves. They needed Kramer's 'secret sauce'.
The company then went dormant but not before recieving the rights to use and modify VDK 1.0-1.4. This is what they based their past and current products off of.
There's a dispute over VDK 2.0 but this is where we will have to see if any of the deals that followed actually impacts TMMI in any way.
I seriously doubt that a judge will invalidate the previous contracts that TMMI has over the tech going back into the early 1990s or that a judge will say that a bunch of random investors who met on the internet can just come in and claim a technology that belongs to a publically traded company. You can keep believing that this will happen based on what the Demented keep feeding you, but excuse those of us who don't accept the garbage.
