Zip, this whole series of unfortunate events has been a truly epic comedy of errors.
My contention is, if you already got burned by the stovetop then stop going back and putting your hands on it.

It's way beyond time for IDCC to secure a more intelligent method to monetize their IP, and this just ain't working!

Ex. - sell 20% of the company to Qualcomm, Goog, Intel, even Nokia !
(with a 900lb. gorilla on-board life will be grand IMHO)

The biggest shocker for me was when the ALJ decided that LG had the right to demand arbitration even though their license had expired. Eventually it was reversed, but it shook my faith in the court system.
