Penny, how will employee Kathy Kimmons benefit?

This is great News! So since the lawsuit was dropped how exactly does this affect eDoorways Employees/Shareholders and the Company? Kathy and Lance Kimmons working for free or not?


Seriously if Paddington Media what exactly would they have gained? What exactly is Gary gaining? So is working at eDoorways now that can do Code programming? Can the creator of SmartOne do code so that he can replace 2.0? If not, why?

Since it was dropped on June 21st 2013...where are the Products?

Where is the Audit?

Were employees Kathy and Lance able to collect compensation as a result of the dropped lawsuit Are they working for free?

So now that the lawsuit is out of the way IMO there shouldn't absolutely any distractions in the way to hinder the release of Artificial Intelligence Fitness App....right? ;)

So lets try this once again by the 1st of September 2013 there shouldn't not ONE Valid excuse for Gary to not have done the following...especially all of 2012 was the year of POSITIVE DEVELOPMENTS ;)



- Completed Audited Financials

- 1-2 Products that are Generating Revenue

- DTC CHILL Removed

- No More A/S Increases



Until Gary actually produces Real Revenue over multiple SEC Quarters Releases Actual Products that generate Revenue, stays current with the SEC Mr. Sawyer will continue to be Validated! :)

It's in Edoorways' best interest to settle in exchange for Paddington dropping the case. It would have been extremely damaging if all of our discovery made it onto the public record. It's really their only way to keep the “business” going.

Did the court have anything to say about the counter claim Edoorways filed against Paddington?

Did that get dropped too or did it never exist?
