It's in Edoorways' best interest to settle in exchange for Paddington dropping the case. It would have been extremely damaging if all of our discovery made it onto the public record. It's really their only way to keep the “business” going.

Did the court have anything to say about the counter claim Edoorways filed against Paddington?

Did that get dropped too or did it never exist?
