Chances are it is not his yacht. So many of these stock promoters avoid having hard assets that can be tracked and seized. That is why they rent or lease most everything, including their cars and houses. It makes it easier to hide their cash overseas and claim poverty if and when the authorities catch up to them. They just stop spending and the courts have no way to disprove their claims.

I'm actually surprised they bother registering some of these companies they use for fraud.
Abellan's name was all over the Barcelona related companies.
And the supposed promoter with BIZM actually registered the company with Companies House - albeit with fake names and nominee accounts.

and not exactly creative - re-using the Capital Financial Insight name as well as a similar name for the research report on BIZM - "The Stock Report." He used "The Street Stock Report" for the GHL scam.

Heck and is that even the same voice on the promo videos?

Too bad they took so long and he probably already stashed the $$$$. but hey at least with the suspension those that support these pumps will understand there is risk - big risk.


Perhaps that ad in the New York Times for BIZM gave the kick in the butt to the SEC to do something?
