Chances are it is not his yacht. So many of these stock promoters avoid having hard assets that can be tracked and seized. That is why they rent or lease most everything, including their cars and houses. It makes it easier to hide their cash overseas and claim poverty if and when the authorities catch up to them. They just stop spending and the courts have no way to disprove their claims.
