No doubt, you make a great point. Why would they hand out preferred shares as oppose to just flat out reverse split like so many other scams. Why bother? Why spend money on the paper and ink? It doesn't make sense. Maybe the idea was to get us to sell our shares then buy them all from us at a fraction of the cost and then sky rocket thr pps, flip it and then bounce onto another play. I really have no idea, just presenting conspiracies for us all to converse about.
That freebie, was at a cost of what has/will happen to your common shares. Was that free? Hope you are able to recover at least some way down the road........
