I am not sure that a reverse split is fair to call a scam, but it sure does hurt when they do and the price starts dropping again. And in some cases drop all the way to the bottom. I don't like it either. Not necessarily a scam. Just saying. I have had stocks which actually rise after the reverse.. They finally got into a cash generating mode and wanted to up list. They wanted to get away from the volatility of penny stocks. I know this is the entire thesis of these guys. Scam notwithstanding. I have preferred with another company and it feels pretty good not having to worry about the reverse. That was their excuse, I have no reason right now not to believe. And if I am wrong well shoot. Lol. I had lost most anyhow.
