It is you who keeps yammaring about the 1 cent. When the error was brought to the attention of Feeney, he acknowledged it and that should have been case closed. It is you who keeps bringing it up.

I have seen many mistakes in public documents. The CFRs are full of them. EPA has so many mistakes in some calculation formulas that they published a sheet of corrections. Unsuspecting persons using the formulas get some weird answers.

Word processors using "boiler plate" material are the ultimate generators of errors. If one page in a file gets out, the error remains. Files get corrected, but is every copy corrected?

blue, nah, I was contesting the assertions that a typo was dire, that the S-3 had the force to create these 1 cent shares, that thetypo maybe wasn't a typo and so on. Those assertions were your assertions so I contested them with you. Now, if the typo wasn't a typo, that would be a separate matter, or if typos can alone somehow create an alternate reality that too would be another matter (at least then it wouldn't be a yawn but more like a sigh, but alas red is red and blue is blue.
