Something big is happening here.[/b] This Laurent attorney appears to be the same attorney that obtained the May 2012 ruling from Judge Brown (appears to be the same judge as the Treaty bankruptcy petition)that Ronald Blackburn committed fraud in the very creation of Treaty Energy Corporation!!!

You can bet that Laurent will build on that earlier ruling here in this case. It appears the petitioners may actually be tying this back to the old Alonzo rulings as the petition states that case number with PBLS that started all of that and forced Alonzo into a personal bankruptcy.

So far two attorney firms representing petitioners and a new petitioner added also. By the time Monday gets here the courtroom will probably be getting ready to be very crowded.

Hang on...my bet is we see new lows really quick and then what happens next will depend on what Judge Brown thinks. So far he has not been too impressed with Treaty Energo Corporation. He could literally tie this back to the old fraud ruling and order liquidation immediately thinking he should have done so last May 2012.

These are my opinions...stick around for the facts later as the judge determines them.

Did anyone out there see this Reggie Laurent attorney thing coming? Makes all the sense in the world now how this came together!!! Individual filers file the petition which smokes out a response from Treaty attorneys then bring in the big attorney Laurent dog that has already hammered some of Treaty management for days in trial before to take this case over.
