The BK petitioners lawyer is Reginald Laurent who is the lawyer that took them on twice before.

From what I have seen so far Treaty is very concerned and Treaty claims it has already affected business and the relationship with Princess Petroleum as it would violate the terms of the contract with Princess Petroleum as well as the GOB PSA With Princess Petroleum that is currently illegal, null and void.
