This is about as ridiculous as the guy who wants his rig back after it was sold to Treaty legally. Treaty won the case you describe in court and moved on. As for the lawyer you mention, he has been in trouble so many times for ethics he be lucky not to get arrested when he enters the court house.

Treaty gets the case dismissed and sues for damages....
