Is this another case of our lawyers dropping the ball? Or was this management dropping the ball?
I think back to numerous conference calls where Bill would talk about how each case (win or lose) was a helpful in terms of learning weakness in a patent (that needed a "continuation" patent), etc., etc.
This is not our first case, and one would think by now we would know how important it is to get all of the filings in on a timely basis. This is probably not critical, but like loop (and others), I am dismayed at all of the legal fees we are paying and still have stuff like this happening.
