It boils down to in my opinion
resorting back to the SEC for allowing the Pink sheets to not have to comply to standards that would better protect the small investor.
Simple, any stock that trades period, must report, or be history (as a public Company) in 60 days. Max of 250 mil O/S, until a PPS of .25, then a company could only increase O/S by 100% Max, until the PPS goes up another 100%, etc.
These pink sheets in the present status, allow the potential for fraud, and it also ALLOWS Job Security for the SEC.
Of course, Janice might have to find work as a maid.
