Actually, it boils down to the SEC warning you in advance NOT to invest in pink sheet stocks because of their risk. You not listening and thumbing your nose at them, then expecting them to protect you, after they warned you there was the likelihood of getting screwed.

Simple, any stock that trades period, must report, or be history (as a public Company) in 60 days. Max of 250 mil O/S, until a PPS of .25, then a company could only increase O/S by 100% Max, until the PPS goes up another 100%, etc.

Very good idea. There should also be a limit on how many reverse splits a company could do in, say, a five year period. Some Pinkies and OTCBBs do three a year.

Were such regulations enacted, my guess is that the number of Pinkies trading would drop by at least 50%. Were they already in effect, CMKX would have gone down the tubes a couple of years ago.
