but they say they lost money on the sale of the restaurant...

so, i'm guessing... there are no proceeds from the sale ?!?!?!?!

again, you would be a much more valuable asset to the stock boards of gnin, erbb and possibly itns.... where there are beginner investors fooled everday by the shennanigans of those companies... (nice plays at times, though :-)

They sold for $325k and took a loss of - $54k, there is no money to report. The must have paid around $379K (325k + $54k ). They took a loss on the sale.

Why do you care about $325K when there is some $20 million unfairly just handed from AVTC to the holder of the Series A shares -- half as a result of that restaurant? $325K is peanuts compared to the Series A phony inflation. Do today's buyers just not care, or do they not know?
