take some time to ask the SEC or the DOJ which one is easier to prosecute

Why do you care about $325K when there is some $20 million unfairly just handed from AVTC to the holder of the Series A shares -- half as a result of that restaurant? $325K is peanuts compared to the Series A phony inflation. Do today's buyers just not care, or do they not know?
