the proceeds are clearly $325,000, as specifically stated by AVTCE and as specifically entered in the Cash Flow statement of the 10Q for Sept. 2102 filed with the SEC
the $54,000 is the accounting loss
so, i'm guessing... there are no proceeds from the sale ?!?!?!?!
would this company promote and pr the fact that they plan to sue people as a way of collecting revenue....
just makes no business sense...
stay quiet, do the behind the scenes hard sales/distribution work.... pr when you have an immediate sales producing contract... and if you have a legit gripe... do it behind the scenes... promote your company with sales of the actual prodcuct... not lawsuits...
