Many people have been asking questions whether or not the exchange will happen.  As well, one memeber in the group had asked for a little "hand holding" after today's events of shareholders e-mailing the TA of Quasar, their response and Joe Canouse asking the court to have the ability to sell more QASP shares.
The answer is, the exchange will happen.

It’s important for people to understand that the X-date and settlement date have both passed now.  At this point, what Joe Canouse does will have absolutely no effect on the value of your position.


And in the back ground Jeff gives CET to Dean so Dean could sell off those assets paid for by you and given to whom? But hold your share suckers, the swap is coming!

it is all out there in the discovery docs on both sides, but what i am saying is it was all a scheme to kill quasar from the get go which jeff testified to in his deposition

the original plan was to kill it and put ms in a new shell; jeff signed off that nhs had a merger candidate as of december 2010 a month before jeff even met owens; tf confirmed the same when he came crying to me about jeff not converting his note

redbird had 20k of quasar money on deposit that was lost because of jeff; a 100k deposit on a king air just ignored; a 500k assembly jig at apex, etc.; cet equipment dean sold for about 100k; giving lisa betros 20k for nothing blah blah blah
