Many people have been asking questions whether or not the exchange will happen. As well, one memeber in the group had asked for a little "hand holding" after today's events of shareholders e-mailing the TA of Quasar, their response and Joe Canouse asking the court to have the ability to sell more QASP shares.
The answer is, the exchange will happen.
It’s important for people to understand that the X-date and settlement date have both passed now. At this point, what Joe Canouse does will have absolutely no effect on the value of your position.
And in the back ground Jeff gives CET to Dean so Dean could sell off those assets paid for by you and given to whom? But hold your share suckers, the swap is coming!
