Yes, and in the mean time, Joe gets approval to issue more shares, and the OS goes from 1.5b to 1.71b and the sp drops from about .0012/.0015 to no bid/.0001 and the story still has no end in sight.

Many people have been asking questions whether or not the exchange will happen. As well, one memeber in the group had asked for a little "hand holding" after today's events of shareholders e-mailing the TA of Quasar, their response and Joe Canouse asking the court to have the ability to sell more QASP shares.
The answer is, the exchange will happen.

MAN that was dirty play!! they played so many, telling them they would take care of them and they were doing it for the shareholders as they sold there shares the same time they were telling all to hold, then took $200 more from many for some bogus legal fees, LMAO!! what a bunch of jokers they were.
