Did Seattle P.D. have tracking info on the current (but as-yet-undelivered) shipment? If so, what's the tracking info say?

Slick---ask Sean why on Monday, after getting the note validated , he would then sell the note for ten dollars to the lawyer. Was their Board approval i doubt? This also voided out the legal remedy of collection by Bourque Industries, the rightful holder of 670K including interest from JB.

Ask him why he signed major legal documents pertaining to Bourque Industries in March of 2012 as the Interim CEO when i believe he was actually a wedding photographer at that time. Problem is i know exactly why.

The Board of Directors need to know.

Wow totally uneceptable if this is true that the customer still has not received their purchase after all this time. I have been a long time supporter of BI. but it's getting very hard to stay positive. I see no way a company any company could stay in business if they can't even deliver two plates. It's getting hard to defend BI even with the new BOD members . I couldn't even get a return e-mail from Mr. Floyd which is no big deal, it's just I keep hearing people on this board say to call or e-mail for info . well I had no success. I closed my business because of the resession and I retired, but we would have been out of business if we had pulled stunts like this. At the height of our business I employed 380 employees. Still trying to stay positive. Have a good day.

That is my point. Due diligence is more than just calling the company and getting their spin on things. I do believe that Sean Floyd wants to make this company great and is doing his best for the shareholders. The last PR was evidence that there is organization and a plan. A huge step forward from anything previous. Due diligence begins when you verify outside the company that the plan is actually being acted upon. The only thing I could see from that PR that could be verified is yes we are making Kryron and filling orders. So I started there. So far BORK is batting a "0". An order placed in December has not been satisfied. An order that could lead to many more if the officer in charge would recommend BORK to other Police Departments. Just like a lot of shareholders, that officer is "sold on the product, but not on the company." I didn't see anything else in the PR that can be physically verified outside the company. Once again that leaves the shareholders to assume...
