On further investigation I found anohter reverse look-up listing for The TORQ number I was given 801-337-9119. It listed XO Communications as the service provider of the landline for TORQ. That doesn't mean there is anything other than a service provider connection between TORQ and XO Communications. And thus maybe no connection to DUTV, but it's now out there for others to investigate.

Only thing I really know from this call to TORQ communications is that the line went dead/ they hung up on me when I asked if they were a subsidiary of DUTV.
The more I think about that, the more unsettled I become about DUTV.
