Okay, Thanks! $h!t's getting interesting now!
I called TORQ Communications at (801) 337-9119. A young lady answered "TORQ Communications, how may I help you?" I asked her if TORQ had become a subsidiary of Digital Utilities Ventures, Inc and she said she would have to have someone else speak to me. Then the line went dead.
I then did a reverse telephone number look up on that number and saw that the nuber is registered as a landline for XO Communication in Ogden, Utah. I looked up XO Communication in UTAH and found this website:
http://www.xo.com/
On their homepage they are advertising the FASTEST NATIONWIDE NETWORK EVER at 100G speed. That's the kind of talk being chattered about on this board for months and now its up on a webpage that's seemingly directly connected to DUTV through TORQ.
Now I'm feeling pleasantly confused because I got a direct connection to an active company in the IP business with some new superfast networking connection speed which serves as a partial confirmation of things hinted here.
But I still don't know whay our PPS is so low since this appears to be on the brink of something monumentally bigger than I thought before.
I'll have to dig deeper now that I have this link. Thanks mike for the number.
