On further investigation I found anohter reverse look-up listing for The TORQ number I was given 801-337-9119. It listed XO Communications as the service provider of the landline for TORQ. That doesn't mean there is anything other than a service provider connection between TORQ and XO Communications. And thus maybe no connection to DUTV, but it's now out there for others to investigate.
