Warp, I totally disagree. I will be very happy if the sp reaches $0.50 and RS- a 50X ROI from lows just a few months ago. A Big Board would be the best thing to ever happen for growing sp and long term ROI. Also, with growing revenue, FORWARD SPLITS are a possibility. Nearly every small cap I know has done a RS, some to great results like AMGEN. I respect your DD, maybe you should research RS positive results- Force Protection may be best example in our industry (I think it was 12 to 1? and big board took sp from about $2.00 to $30.00?)

Its to bad the company can not show their appreation by not allowing a reverse split to the shareholders who have already gone through the last reverse split and who never sold because they believed and supported the company. Maybe the company can exempt those loyal shareholders and exempt them from a reverse split somehow and allow the newbees to take the hit this time around if there is to be a reverse split.
I just can't think of going through another reverse split AGAIN!
Hey WSGI what can you do for Your faithful and supportive shareholders if a reverse split should accure? Just asking.

I agree, Warp. However, it isn't the reverse split that concerns me as much as the dilution. Who really gives a rip whether they land a $30, $50 or $100 million contract if after the announcement the stock price still sits at $0.03 because of so much dilution? The ends justify the means only if in the end the share price is at a much higher level. Up to this point, that hasn't happened.

A billion authorized shares? Give me a break. They need to stop this madness.

Thanks WarpCore. I completely share your sentiments and concerns.

I doubt they will officially communicate their plans to us, or at least the portion we're concerned with. JMHO.
I'm willing to wait a little while longer to hopefully see that i'm wrong. They have made good progress recently, but unfortunately, they need to make a lot more, and sooner rather than any later. That's just the way it is in start-up companies,

WC. I'm sure they wouldn't do it, if they had any other options.
Most likely the only way they see of being able to continue to move forward.
What if,
they have a potential investor "on the fence" so to speak?
What if,
they have more contracts in the pipeline, just waiting for gov confirmations?
What if,
they have a plan and they are working their plan and who are we to get in their way because we're tired of waiting?
What if,
this is the only way to continue our 1M+ share volume trading going on in this stock for almost 3 straight weeks now?

So far, this has been our best year yet and it's only April 19th!
Granted the share price does not reflect it, but trust me, it will eventually, shareholder patience is the key right now, but everyone does have a different level of investing ideas.

If they keep this up, our year end could look better than we've ever looked even when we were on the AMEX, eh?
Personally, I would not want to be one of the shareholders that gets in their way of continuing to move forward? Either we trust these guys/gals to finish what they started or we move on whenever it's appropriate for our own investing styles.

I for one, will continue to hold out for the completion that I expected to happen 6-7 years ago! To each his own...
