BBB: I think "options" is the magic word here. If mgmt. continues to pay themselves via options, doesn't that balance out the negative connotations of an increase in authorized shares? I think it does, and that having these shares in strong hands is of great value, and exudes confidence.
Show that confidence, produce increasing revenues, and funding and institutional support follows, and share price moves up to a point where a mild R/S to get on a higher Exchange isn't a problem for shareholders.
We're getting there step by step, and if an increase in authorized is a well-balanced step, then it's one I'm willing to climb along with management. I don't think they'd want to enter a shareholder meeting unless it was so.
