You see, if gets the GP, who cares about the tiny bit of shares he owns???

I think this is the first time someone has pointed that on this board.

You and I aren't far from one another, Professor. I'm just more animated and theatrical. Anyone who believe that Simes is in the same boat (or even sailing the same seas for that matter) is naive.

I strongly advocate voting NO this time around. It was the right way to vote last time too. Now they are wise to our games and won't let abstaining votes get in their way.

Every move by these criminals has painted a grim picture for current BPAX shareholders. NOT one move during this merge has shown any concern for the shareholder.

And if you think you'll get much more out of this merge than you will a lawsuit, I also believe you to be naive.

Despite what intentions or agenda you believe I may have, Professor, I am a hostile shareholder and nothing more. And anyone who has followed BPAX for as long as I have should also be a hostile shareholder. Too many BPAX shareholders here are push overs or indirectly defending the company.

Professor, I have to agree with Cathy something does not add up. He is taking a bashing to get this deal through. Is sitting on information CV patents, did an about face on analysis of Libigel.

In reality he has been with the company for 15 + years that alone would normally entitle him to 15 months severance and bonus etc.. I will have to look at it again but he appears to have been getting an extra 9 months of severance in the parachute.

There has to be more to it then just greed.

He is listed as one of the inventors of Libigel. If Libigel is like his child he will do everything he can to get it to succeed as we would for our kids.

Let us assume for a minute that greed is not the prime motivator here what would push him to do what he has to his reputation. The promise of Libigel being taken to market? That would make him as the inventor proud.
