1) he really doesn't own that much stock JTFM, not any where the amount that typical CEO's own.
2) why won't he accept the CVRs that he's trying to ram down our throats?

Answer: at this point he's only concerned about getting his golden parachute. You see, if gets the GP, who cares about the tiny bit of shares he owns???
