Only one reality about shipments of commercial parts remains:
Since the premature and false announcement about shipments of commercial parts when the stock jumped up to 40 cents, we have been steipping in the midst.
It is only by production and shipments of commercial parts that this stock will go over 40 cents.
We are still IN THE MIDST.
Don't be too giddy and don't be a patsy.
Anyone who can bothers to take the time to expand a chart beyond 3 months will put this artificial run-up into proper perspective. This run-up pales in significance to the big run-ups in the history of this stock. And it is easy to see how many run-ups in the past 4 to five years stayed at their peaks, or stayed at their half-points, or even stayed at their quarter points of the run-ups.
For those who like to stay thirsty.
I thought that's what's going on.
On that subject:
Don't you think it's awfully coincidental that BPAX happened to purchase a multi-million dollar gel machine when they had no internal expertise or history in manufacturing... and then ended up merging with a manufacturing company because it was the "best option" for the shareholders?
PLEASE REFER TO ANIP MESSAGE BOARD FOR CURRENT POSTINGS
Catty, in the event Simes and company were not acting in our best interest, in the long run, I would recommend that we keep the posts available to help build a case against them. We have a lot of info but it would be worth pouring over with a fine tooth comb. It could only solidify a lawsuit's claims and/or criminal proceedings should it come to that.
suggstion -lets drop this board and just post on the new ANIP one. As far as I'm concerned BPAX no longer exists.
FYI, ANIP Message Board has been established.
I'm hoping they are waiting until next week for news since good news isn't typically a Friday type thing. I 100% understand how you feel however.
The question you have to ask yourself: is the combined company (combined assets, products, pipeline, cash and potential), worth more or less than $70 million?
Any day now the institutional buyers will come racing in LOL
I went ahead and asked ANIP IR. We'll see if their IR is any better than BPAX IR... Then again, I don't know how it could be worse
Anyone know when/where the financials for the new ANIP that include both BPAX and ANI numbers will be available?
Thanks.
TIMBERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Excellent find Jadite. I think you are right on the big news.
JTFM
See my last post.
This was a MAJOR news item today. Attributing possibly 50000 deaths to estrogen deficiency.
We are about to get some very big news IMO.
lol lol lol catty I do know what you mean. I am fortunate enough to have a wife with a fantastic paying job. who BTW wishes you a Happy Birthday.
Significant!
I heard this news on NPR while driving home from vacation this evening :
http://health.usnews.com/health-news/news/articles/2013/07/18/avoidance-of-hormone-therapy-may-have-harmed-hysterectomy-patients-study
Lurazh, I have to agree, in light of the financial crisis we are just coming out of, yet Europe is still mired in. Now is not the time to be worrying about margins being called, unless covering is a non issue for you. There is just too much global instability.
Catty, what I think Joshuri was saying was that we may slip below $5, so he was just concerned that you may get a margin call.
Knowing bpax, I would never touch margin money....
The only partners listed on ANI website are Teva and Aduro.
Begs to question what about Elestrin and Meda agreeement.
In fairness Pryzbyl has stated in the past he brings to light immediate revenue generators only, focusing in the present Elestrin milestone payments may be too far off for him to include in the filing.
On the other hand you have to wonder, is the women's division being sold?
From the Exhibit 99.1
King: I'm also holding, I might round out my shares, but that's it for me.
Pete: thnks for remembering. Would to fly over, but unfortnately my money is tied up with BPAX
Josh: I think you misread my post. I didn't say I would add more BPAX - I said I put my margin money into other situtions. Anyway, I appreciate your concern.
Would the next logical step be to create upward momentum be by getting some analysts to initiate coverage and set new target prices based on Q-2 results before making any additional announcements?
I know, logic and Biosante in the same sentence is hard to imagine. But we are ANI now.
alright. wth just happened to my shares? ANI pharm? i've been gone and back and dont know what just happened? buyout? stock reverse split?
Some people just can't be positive on an up day. Hmmmm. Poor fellas.
catty
HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY. lol
here in Honolulu I'm 6 hrs behind Ohio time and somewhere along the line I lost s day. hope you had a great time. jump on over to the island and I'll buy you a drink. lol.
OK, looking into the details more of this morning's p/r, looks like that is the case.......
healey
if you had 600 shares of Bpax yesterday you now have 100 of Anip. joshuri is correct 6-1
that's the reverse split figure that ANIP did with their stock i think? What im wondering is how many bpax shares yesterday, are worth in ANIP shares today?
Down down we go. Ridiculous.
What's the scoop with bpax? ie. How many shares of bpax yesterday are worth 1 share of ANIP today?
Sweet god catty, don't even think of doing it. You've been taken to the cleaners by BPAX. I strongly urge against it. I would want you to tell me the same. If I get all delusional on here someone please slap me.
im holding no matter now, will averge in more soon.
this is criminal and security fraud in front of open eyes and no one, no one is doing anything about this???????????????? Simes should rot in jail and the BOD should be fired for their lies to shareholders. I hope their a$$es get sued by someone....
There's a bright side to this r/s...it released a lot a buying power for me since it's marginable. Not that I'm adding to it, but I was able to to buy another stock.
Now don't get frustrated at me just because a short position would have a heck of a time covering now.
Simes not being thrown into jail instead looking for employment
Averaged now at $44.34. Laughable at this point. Completely laughable.
I think we should get information in July about the hormone compounding and dilutions being banned by FDA. Then we inherit a monopoly on test for women w/ libigel.
Ahahahaha. Post of the day right there. What is the OS and AS exactly now? If there is any wiggle room whatsoever in-between the two, I guarantee they do a sell off. The only way I'm convinced there will be no selling is if the AS matches the OS.
Who wants to bet this POS tanks as July ends?
Who wants to bet they dilute this POS into the groud?
Average @ $28.05

With less than 10 million OS and the female component of libigel being a 2 billion per year market, some math will tell you that 200 / share / year is possible. Especially when the word gets out that the benefits of test for women are as profound as men.
