IMO, they don't have the skill set to take it to the next level. I think it's time for Brad to give up control by eliminating the preferred shares and move on. He and his buddies can get a much better value for their stake in this company if Musclepharm is run by professionals. Invest in people first, then in assets.
If this is true, then Dr. Frost's involvement is a transitory and opportunistic one that will be short-lived as opposed to a transformational and advising one that will be long-standing.
I'm having a hard time accepting this premise because I don't see Frost and the other extenders of the bridge loan holding back on some timely and strong advice for MP management.
