How many companies try to do it this way?!

And of those, how many succeed?

It almost seems like a foolish way to attempt to have your cake and eat it too.

To go PUBLIC with your company and yet to remain PRIVATE with it in terms of voting rights.

That only works if there is a critical mass of business competence within that inner circle.

And we all know that isn't the case with those currently holding voting rights in MP.
