I've always felt like management was truly 100% doing their best and that they were just not good enough to run this company. I almost feel bad for them because I do think that they are working their asses off but will just never be able to handle a company like this. I also don't think they see the situation. They are keeping control because they think they know best and even if it is explained to them, I think it is one of those situations where they agree inside the board room and then walk out and go back to the way they were doing things.
