I'm simply searching for an answer that I would think many would have considering all the faith that everyone is putting into KMAG.

Revenues can not be double booked. Both R-Pac and KMAG can not book the same revenues. Since it has been acknowledged on this board that KMAG does not need an office or a phone, and does not manufacture per it's license agreement with R-Pac, so it is likely that KMAG does not play a role in the solicitation and booking of orders and resulting sales.

So my question still stands to anyone that can answer it....

Trouble is, as KMAG is a non reporting company with deregistered stock, they need to first file a Form 10 in an attempt to become fully reporting. Pretty much all the financial data needed for them to become fully reporting should be in the Form 10. But first, they need to find a sponsoring MM to file a Form 211 in order for them to at least be quoted again. The same info needs to be in that 211, to satisfy FINRA. As well, no MM would put his neck on the line unless they provide him with all the data...which will also include a no action letter from the SEC.

The above is a very tall order for KMAG to accomplish. It won't be easy, nor will it happen quickly.
