You are searching for answers to exactly where the numbers come from in relation to r-pac in much the same way we have been waiting for the answers to our questions of posting up the facts behind all the accusations against Kma.

Revenues can not be double booked. Both R-Pac and KMAG can not book the same revenues... so it is likely that KMAG does not play a role in the solicitation and booking of orders and resulting s
My model remains, Reid set up KMAG as a distributor of rpac products, primarily in the last year. The so called "sales" goes from near zero to $Ms is a result of that distribution agreement with rpac. Whether he is the only distributor in NA is unknown. The sales he reports are distribution sales. The cost is what he buys the rpac product for, minus any royalties which creates most of the margin.
Since it has been acknowledged on this board that KMAG does not need an office or a phone, and does not manufacture per it's license agreement with R-Pac
Is that acknowledged on this forum? One post after another about KMAG sales in the $Ms is repeated over and over. As in assumed KMAG product. I see no acknowledgement on this forum KMAG is a mere distributor of rpac products, operating out of a mail stop. Instead it's assumed the mythical "Factory A" and "Factory B" are cranking out KMAG product. One thing can be safely assumed, the SEC probably wasn't impressed by the misrepresentation of the business model, Reid made in last year's PRs. Especially if stock dumping was involved.
