It is a simple question. One that I am not qualified to answer. That would be part of the book work that is going on, or has been. With the financials being audited I would assume that the K report may answer those questions?
It is a good question. Maybe some one here with knowledge of audits could comment if that kind of information would be required to be on a k report.

I think the k report may show us many things that have changed over the last year. It would be a huge deal if he could release client names, but I have serious doubts that they would give the approval. But you never know. I am willing to bet a small fortune that this will come back to trading, but I would bet against names being released.
