I assume that Seeker Technologies is going to get a lot of SNTL shares which they will then sell. Hence driving our price per share into the ground and leaving Common Shareholders with nothing.

The big thing you are forgetting.. is all that doom and gloom forecast goes away when they close a contract.

You do agree with that right?
