We have agreed with that for over 3 years now.

Is a contract done?

Is this merger even done?

How will the investing community know the merger really is completed this time?

Fritz, I have been a supporter and donator to the Mineseeker Foundation for years. They do a great job of bringing awareness to the world.

But, the for profit end never worked out well for common investors.

Now, Mike Kendrick has lost the use of the Mineseeker name. And he has started a new company called Seeker Technologies.

Just getting a contract will not make common shareholders any money. He'd actually have to service the contract by a profitable means. And do that long before Common Shareholders ever see a penny. By then our share structure may be so dilluted that there will be no way for current investors to ever profit.

And that is all based on the assumption that Kendrick can actually come through and service a contract in a money making manner.

I have seen nothing from him or his former company Mineseeker that would indicate that he is capable of doing that.

Seeker Tech owns no technology. No aircraft.

They are exactly as capable of servicing a demining contract as SNTL is of servicing an order for solar powered Pakistani water pumps.
