Cash may not be needed.
As I read the PR, it says a stock exchange.
Experience should tell us that means that SNTL will get 100% of Seeker Technologies, which has very little value.
And since the PR doesn't say much else, I have to assume the rest.
I assume that Seeker Technologies is going to get a lot of SNTL shares which they will then sell. Hence driving our price per share into the ground and leaving Common Shareholders with nothing.
I invest in companies that I think will make me money. And everything I say is just my opinion.
