I am well aware of what a lien is...When BGL quits claiming they own Cinco Minas I will quit beating this drum. A lien is not ownership, nor does it give any rites to the property
Cassandra, not once have you shown us one shred of evidence that BGL owns a lien on CM or GC. Even the way you stated it..."owns a lien" sounds ridiculous.
They have no lien or title to land they don't own. BGL never followed through with the 260 grand payment to MSJ which lead to their default.
BGL owns nothing!!!
