Cassandra, not once have you shown us one shred of evidence that BGL owns a lien on CM or GC. Even the way you stated it..."owns a lien" sounds ridiculous.

They have no lien or title to land they don't own. BGL never followed through with the 260 grand payment to MSJ which lead to their default.

BGL owns nothing!!!

No CM or GC!!!

They never owned a single handful of dirt on those properties.
