HOGWASH!!!!!! When BGL files the lawsuit in the appropriate court, then there will be something to mention. Otherwise, this is all just posturing. BGL knows CM has over a billion worth of gold and silver. But BGL has not put any legal effort since Sept 2010 when they got news that their lower case ruling was not competent and that matter would have to be addressed in the Federal Court.

BGL has offered MSJ a 6 million fix and then since MSJ did not respond they rescinded the offer.

My take is there is value at CM and I hope SRGE shareholders are rewarded. I believe they will be because of Rockridge and Novamex.

It appears that all Pro-SRGE guys are grasping for anything to keep the dream of becoming millionaires alive.

First, the Bandera management is doing the right thing in issuing a PR that is factual and not full of over-inflated statements like SRGE has always done in the past. Also, as I have always known the outcome of CM and GC will be decided in court and not by the SRGE creative writing team.

Only a few investors still believe that SRGE has any mining concessions. No one thinks that, "I talked to Tatiana...." is real DD and certainly not verification. As I always say, why won't Tatiana send a email to confirm the conversations.

Plus, it is so obvious that the 4 press releases by MSJ were all done by MoMo and company. That is why the contact information isn't valid.

I have searched a great deal to find any information about Rockridge and Novamex - and they don't exist except in the SRGE press releases. Just like the fake financing companies Quixstone Investments, Inc. and Duvernoi Capital Investments Inc. These were created so that no one could contact them to verify the information in the SRGE press releases.

So Goldfreak, your belief is based on fictional companies. There has been nothing real about SRGE except for Alex Smid fleecing investors one more time.

Why do you think that SRGE hasn't issued a PR through its normal wire service - it is because as soon as they dumped, they moved on to another project.

I am curious, how do you overlook the fact that SRGE doesn't have a office or a working phone. And now both of their websites are down. And, how do you explain away the video and photos of CM that is obviously abandoned?
